You know your career from the inside. My work is to ask the questions you haven’t stopped to ask, listen for what’s underneath, and reflect it back until it’s clear. This is coaching in the sense the International Coaching Federation gives it: not consulting, not therapy. A combination of listening and good questions.
Real change isn’t the work of one afternoon. We meet every two or three weeks for 60–90 minutes. You decide what we work on. When something’s worth pulling on, we follow the thread. Things come loose when they’re ready — not before.
