Twenty years at the four corners of healthcare strategy
For more than twenty years, I have worked at the intersection of Regulatory Affairs, Public Affairs, Market Access & Pricing, and Strategic Communication — helping organisations translate innovation into patient access and impact.
As a pharmacist and health economist, I have held leadership roles across Roche, GSK, Biocodex and have worked as a Senior Healthcare Advisor at PwC, Ogilvy Healthcare and akkanto serving leading companies including UCB, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, MSD, J&J Innovative Medicine Eli Lilly and Novartis. Throughout, I have worked closely with payers, policymakers, healthcare professionals, patient organisations and cross-functional teams, on increasingly complex policy, access and patient-engagement projects.
Continuing investment in expertise
My Executive Master in European Public Affairs and Communication strengthened my expertise in European healthcare legislation, including HTAR, EU Pharmaceutical Reform, European Health Data Space, MDR, IVDR, biotech ACT… and the evolving evidence requirements shaping future access decisions.

Through a PwC-led project supporting UCB's launches of leading drugs in Brazil and Taiwan, we designed an international payer negotiation readiness programme — mapping local payer archetypes against European analogues, building objection-handling frameworks, tailoring value messages and training local Market Access teams. A key focus: positioning UCB’s drugs so affiliates could anticipate payer questions and strengthen negotiation readiness.

In collaboration with Ogilvy Healthcare, I designed and moderated a scientific podcast series with leading rheumatology experts, transforming complex clinical evidence into educational content that drives understanding, engagement and behavioural change among healthcare professionals.

Earlier in my career, I led market access and policy initiatives that contributed to Belgium's universal NIPT reimbursement and the transition towards HPV primary screening — both recognised internationally for setting new benchmarks in equitable access.
